How lt Works

 

  The Diametric Resistance Prototype uses 15 different Combination Exercises and variations for a quick (5 to 10 minutes) and effective "Body Maintenance" routine.

 

 Combination Exercises

Phase 1: 

  • Arm curls / Leg press; 
  • Arm raises / Leg press; 
  • Bench press / Leg extensions;  
  • Rows / Leg curls 
  • Overhead Press / Glute curls;  

Phase 2:

  • Tricep  extensions / Crunch; 
  • Fore arm curl / Toe raises; 
  • Reverse arm curl / Glute pull down; 
  • Lat pull down / crunch; 
  • Shrugs / toe raises 

There are 5 more exercise variations of those listed above.

Many of the Combination Exercises can be done in either a laying position or in a sitting (slightly reclined) position.

 

 

     

 lNSTRUCTlONS

There are 2 "Phases" in the instructions. These are recommended so that you get the basic motor motions of your body and to get familiar with a manageable amount of the Combination exercises.

How it works - You are using about twice the energy you would in a normal exercise. You go form one exercise directly to the next. This gives you not only a muscle conditioning / building workout but also a aerobic cardio workout as well. So you gain muscle, get tones, gain energy, and breathe easier.

You are in control. Go at your own pace. But the most important part is to feel you can do this. Don't think about how much you have to do, but how much can you do on an on going basis. We want this to work for you.

  • Go very slow at first to get the feel of each Combination exercise in Phase 1. 
  • Do not worry about the amount of time you spend during a routine. What is more important is the feeling this can work for you. lt is not about time. 
  • Start off doing one set of each. This should take you between 3 to 5 minutes. After a week begin going through the routine twice. 
  • Do the DRP routine 3 to 5 times a week 

 

  • After 3 weeks do one set of Phase 1 and just add Phase 2 to complete your total body workout. Do one set of each. 
  • lncrease reps and your resistance according to the results you desire. 
  • After 2 weeks add any of the alternatives Combination Exercises you would like 
  • The routines should last between 5 and 10 minutes. Do your routines 3 to 5 times a weeks. That is all you need.
